Before You Start
Claw Server is designed so anyone can have their own powerful AI server without knowing complex server technologies. This guide is written to help you understand how the service works and use it with confidence.
1. What is a Dedicated Server?
When you join Claw Server, your own Independent Virtual Private Server (VPS) is created in a top-rated global data center. This is a space completely separate from your personal PC, with the following advantages:
- 24/7 Operation: The server continues to run even if you turn off your computer.
- Complete Isolation: Other users' activities do not affect your server's performance.

5. Is it secure?
This is the most important part. Claw Server follows Zero-Knowledge principles.
- ✓No Storage of API KeysYour OpenAI/Gemini keys are not stored in our database, but only briefly reside in your server instance's memory.
- ✓Guaranteed PrivacyEven the server operation team cannot view your AI conversations or assigned tasks.
6. What if problems occur?
Most problems are solved with the 'Restart' button on the dashboard. If unresolved:
- Search the Q&A board in the community.
- Tell us the symptoms via 'Contact Us' and our engineers will analyze the logs. (Only system logs excluding personal info.)
- In the worst case, you can 'Reset' the server to start fresh.
